I was referred to Blue Lake by my primary dentist for a painful tooth that needed a root canal. From the first contact on the phone, I was so impressed with Lyra’s compassion and concern for my discomfort. They promptly scheduled me for an evaluation and following treatment. The whole office was so warm and welcoming and made me feel more comfortable. Dr. Gilliam was so so kind and gentle and caring. Having worked in dentistry as a dental hygienist for almost 40 years and having had 6 root canal treatments already in the past, I have never had such a positive visit and outcome. I was comfortable the entire time, and they were sympathetic to my vertigo issues and accommodated me so I was able to get my treatment done. Dr. Gilliam was thorough and patient in how he explained treatment to me. He has the latest equipment and technology. I was also extremely impressed with Dr. and the respect he showed his team, it spoke volumes to me. I say with great confidence you will not regret choosing Blue Lake Endodontics! I am glad they are here in Spokane and will definitely be my endodontist for future needs.

Let's face it. No dental work is what I would call a "good" time. However, Dr. Gillman is very good at what he does. I have had many root canals done due to my genetic or lack of care, Whatever it maybe. Be prepared to be in the chair for a while. Remember this man is working in microscopic canals.... (sitting still is highly recommended) yes, you will hear sounds weird sounds.. lol 😆 🤣 to make a short story long. I had a very pleasant experience at bluelake endodo. great caring staff and very nolagable Doctor. Thank you all so very much I am now in zero pain in that tooth which was in my opinion "killer pain". Once again, thank you all for your work the cure to the amount of pain I was in prior to visiting you. 😊

Best part of my week was a root canal! Something I never thought I would say. Smooth procedure and the nerve pain that I was suffering with was gone. Staff made every step of the process clear and I am so grateful for the work that Dr Gilliam and team did. Can't give a higher recommendation!

I was really nervous about getting a root canal, but the team here made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Dr Gilliam explained each step and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The procedure was surprisingly painless and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr Gilliam and staff also stayed late to fit me into their schedule which I appreciated! I’m very grateful for the excellent care!

Wonderful staff—everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. You never feel rushed or unheard. Everything was explained clearly and with care, and the team was extremely considerate. They even asked what music genre I preferred during my root canal, which was a nice touch. The procedure was smooth and painless. Gilliam did an excellent job, and his assistant made the experience even more comfortable.
